Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FuteTour! We specialize in organizing tours in Portugal for soccer teams from around the globe. Our services are tailored to provide an unforgettable experience, combining the love of soccer with the unique culture of Portugal.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of FuteTour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not make a booking.

2. Booking and Payment
– A. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of booking must be paid.
– B. Full payment is required no later than 120 days before the scheduled start of the tour.
– C. Payment plans are available and can be discussed with a FuteTour representative.

3. Cancellation by You
– A. You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the commencement of the tour, with the exception of plane tickets, which are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
– B. Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by FuteTour.
– C. If you cancel your booking less than 90 days before the start of the tour, the cancellation fee may be up to 100% of the total cost.

4. Cancellation by FuteTour
– A. While we always endeavour to avoid cancellations, FuteTour reserves the right to cancel any tour for any reason. In such an instance, you will receive a full refund of payments made to FuteTour.
– B. FuteTour is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you may have incurred as a result of the booked tour.

5. Alterations to Itinerary
– A. FuteTour reserves the right to make alterations to the travel arrangements and itineraries where necessary.
– B. If significant changes to the itinerary are necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Travel Insurance
– A. Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation.
– B. We also recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage and personal effects.

7. Liability Limitation
– A. FuteTour is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, delay, or inconvenience caused by any force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
– B. Our liability for any claim arising from the performance or non-performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions shall be limited to the fee paid for the tour.

8. Responsibilities of Participants
– A. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally prepared for the tour.
– B. Participants are responsible for their own conduct and well-being outside of the itinerary provided by FuteTour. Any activities beyond our itinerary are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

9. Conduct
– A. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of the local culture, fellow participants, and the environment.
– B. FuteTour reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund if their behavior is deemed to be detrimental to the group, unsafe, or in violation of any laws.

10. Complaints
If you have a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, you must bring it to the attention of the tour leader or a FuteTour representative at the time so that they can attempt to rectify the situation.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
